Required Documentsa. The commercial license of the party applying for mediation (mandatory), along with at least one of the following documents:
1. Invoices
2. Purchase Orders
3. Delivery Bonds
4. Correspondence between the parties
5. Contracts or Agreements
6. Account Statement
7. Quotations
8. Documentary Letter of Credit (if any)
9. Shipping Documents / Bill of Lading (if any)
B. Additional documents, as applicable:
1. Authorization Letter or Power of Attorney to register the application (for a legal representative)
2. Ajman Chamber Membership Certificate (if any)

Service Fees1. Application for dispute resolution up to AED 50,000:
* Submitted by a member against another member = AED 200
* Submitted by a non-member against a member = AED 400
2. Application for resolution of a dispute on an amount exceeding AED 50,000 up to AED 100,000 for members and non-members = AED 500
3. Application for resolution of a dispute on an amount exceeding AED 100,000 for members and non-members = AED 1,000
