Certificates of Origin & Attestation

This service enables customers to amend an existing certificate of origin or its attachments. The amended certificate is issued based on the invoice or packing list attached with the application.

This service enables the customers to authenticate and notarize documents, correspondence, contracts, and other documents related to their commercial activities, to prove their authenticity and legalize them to ensure their acceptance at the competent authorities.

Procedural Service

The document to be authenticated signed by the authorized signatory.

Ajman Smart Payment Platform (Ajman Pay)

This service enables customers to issue a certificate of origin; an official certificate that specifies the origin of exported goods and enables their re-exportation. This certificate also specifies the customs tariffs and must be accompanied by a detailed commercial invoice.

Procedural Service

Commercial Invoice. Packing List (optional for the customer). The Chamber reserves the right to request any additional supporting documents, if necessary.

This service enables the customers to issue a certificate to whom it may concern upon the applicant’s request, which ensures its acceptance at the concerned authorities, e.g. (establishment profile, business possession, non-membership, non-export, etc.)
