Service Description
Commercial dispute resolution service through arbitral tribunals formed for this purpose, issuing "binding” final awards for all parties.

1- A copy of the arbitration agreement or the contract under 2- The statement of claim containing the description of the dispute and the claims 3- The documents supporting the same application. 4- Copy of the ID or passport of the applicant (for an individual) , (commercial license for a company) 5- Power of Attorney for a legal representative (if any).

Case Registration Fees : AED 500 Non-Refundable Administrative Fees : 2% of the claim amount, AED 5,000 as a minimum and AED 100,000 as a maximum. Arbitration Fees : According to the schedule applicable on the application submission date
